Tuition

All tuition must be paid by automatic charge/withdrawal from a credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Tuition will be charged on the first of every month. Withdrawal from class must be made in writing by the 15^th of the previous month. Tuition is based on a year round basis. Months will vary as to how many classes there are depending on holidays and school vacations. School year payments will be discontinued at the end of June. Registration for July and August will be separate. Summer payments will be discontinued at the end of August.

Registration Fees

Participants of all programs at gymNation are subject to an annual registration fee. Registration fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable.  One registration fee is paid regardless of the number of programs a student participates in.

Missed Classes

There will be no refund for missed classes. Gymnastics classes may be made up in the same month they are missed in the same level class. Make up classes cannot be carried over to the next month and cannot be transferred to another student. Make up classes must be arranged through the office. Scheduled make up classes that are not attended cannot be rescheduled.

No make up classes will be available for dance and martial arts classes. 

Weather Cancellations

gymNation does not necessarily follow school cancellations. Please check one hour before your scheduled class to see if we are open. Cancellations will be posted on our website and on our voice mail.
